Patient reviews are usually the last thing people check before booking treatment abroad — and often the thing that finally makes the decision. That’s why this page contains no marketing language: only real experiences, written by patients in their own words on independent platforms. Every review here is published on Trustpilot and Google, where we cannot edit or delete anything, and we’d genuinely rather you read them there than take our word for it.
At Cayra Clinic, we know that exceptional customer service is key to building long-lasting relationships with our clients. We love hearing feedback from our patients. We use trusted platforms such as Trustpilot and Google to ensure reviews are authentic.
We believe that hearing directly from our customers is one of the best ways to improve our services and maintain our commitment to excellence. So, we encourage you to check out our reviews page to see how we’re doing and to learn what our customers think of us. If you’re considering becoming a customer, our reviews page may help you make an informed decision. But if you’re already a customer, we encourage you to share your experience with us so that we can continue to improve our business based on your feedback.
After reading hundreds of reviews, three themes come up again and again — and none of them are about the procedure itself.
The first is communication in their own language. Almost every review mentions a coordinator or translator who answered a question late at night or on a weekend. Having surgery in another country is unsettling, and being able to ask a question and get an answer the same day does more for peace of mind than any brochure ever could.
The second is logistics that simply work. Patients consistently mention that from the moment they land in Antalya until they fly home, they don’t have to organise anything themselves — transfers, hotel, appointment times, and follow-ups are all planned.
The third is what happens after the procedure. The most useful reviews aren’t written the day after surgery; they’re written months later, when the final result is visible, and it becomes clear whether the clinic stayed reachable once the patient was back home.
Reviews are useful — but only if you know what you’re looking at. A few things worth keeping in mind, and they apply to every clinic, including ours:
Check independent platforms, not just clinic websites. Reviews published on Trustpilot or Google come from verified profiles and cannot be edited or deleted by the clinic. Testimonials quoted on a website without a link to the source deserve more caution.
Look at the timing. A review written a week after treatment reflects the service, the hotel and the staff — all genuinely important, but not the result. Dental work can be judged after one to two months, aesthetic surgery after three to six, and a hair transplant only after twelve. Look specifically for those.
Don’t be reassured by perfection. A clinic with hundreds of reviews and not a single critical one usually means the critical ones were filtered. We don’t remove ours — we respond to them, and you can see how we handle problems in our replies on independent platforms.
Ask to speak to a former patient. If you’d like to hear about the experience first-hand, ask us. We’ll check whether any of our patients is willing to have a conversation with you. We never share anyone’s contact details without their consent.
Every review you see here is published on Trustpilot and Google, where we cannot alter what patients wrote. We’d genuinely rather you read them there.
It’s also worth checking the clinic itself, not just its reviews. Licences for medical facilities in Turkey and permits for treating international patients are administered by the Turkish Ministry of Health, and official information about medical tourism in the country is published on its portal at saglik.gov.tr. We’d recommend doing this for any clinic you’re considering — not only for us.
Your experience helps someone else make a decision — exactly the way other people’s reviews once helped you. Leaving a review on Trustpilot or Google takes a couple of minutes. If you’d also like to share photographs, we’ll always ask for your consent first, and we publish nothing without it.
Every case is different, so general reviews can only take you so far. Message a coordinator, and we will get back to you within 24 hours — the first consultation with a doctor is free and comes with no obligation.
